PATRICIA is a spacious 2 floors apartment located within the Medieval walls of Lucca, right next to the ancient Romanesque Church of San Francesco in a very quiet central corner of the town.

On the first floor, the bedroom has a king size bed and a spacious wardrobe, a big French windows with terrace overlooking the greenery and a luxury bathroom with a spacious built-in shower.

The apartment comes with a very reliable WIFI connection provided by the national phone company.

The apartment is located outside the ztl area (accessible by residents only) and does offer its own private parking.

Pay attention to the road sign and you will be able to avoid the ztl area.
