The area is perfect for nature lovers, hikers, and cyclists, families with children or couples who wish to get away relax and visit the real Mallorca.

This stunning house has spacious lounges, fully equipped kitchen and open dining area. There are four bedrooms (all with ensuite ) and five bathrooms, one bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. The master bedroom has air conditioning, the others have ceiling fans. The house is beautifully decorated with style and mediterranean decor.

There are music systems, TV with Sky satellite, and wifi internet

The gardens are landscaped with a large swimming pool, here at the pool you will find sunbeds and outside and inside showers.

Close to the pool is the outside living and dining space which is complimented by a kitchen with BBQ grill, pizza oven and dishwasher.

The house is great for children with play areas and trampoline.

It is unusual to find a beautiful country house like this just a few minutes walk from a village like Puigpunyent. It has a great atmosphere with a nice mixture of very friendly locals and foreigners. The Village Square is always buzzing with people and families with children until late evenings. There is a good choice of restaurants and shops in the village. During Saturday morning, there is an open market where you can buy fruits, vegetables and some household stuffs.

Puigpunyent is also the home of the 5 star "Gran Hotel Son Net" it has a great restaurant and bars with views of the whole village and surrounding mountains.

Puigpunyent is 15 minutes drive by car to Palma and the coast where you have a choice of several beautiful sandy beaches. There are some great beach clubs and for sports enthusiasts tennis and golf clubs are a short drive away.

Enjoy this typical Mallorcan village with old stone houses and surrounded by the beautiful Tramuntana mountains. It has a great atmosphere with a nice mixture of very friendly locals and foreigners.

There are two Supermarkets and a Pharmacy in the village and on Saturday mornings you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables at the local market in the village square.

Reminder to the families with children that the property has a pool and children must be supervised by parents. Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help. We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure. There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry. Prices for this property are in Euros. Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival. Bookings also taken for December through to March. Long winter rental prices on request. Added to the booking price will be the electricity which is not included, this will be a charge of 0,25€ per kWh by the meter reading. The numbers on the clock will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave. From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicated for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved. Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee which can be paid in cash on arrival.
