Son Serra de Marina is a very special part of Mallorca, there are no big hotels, it is a protected area. The long sandy beach is very natural, with lovely clear water for swimming. Depending on the weather it is also a top spot for surfing and windsurfing.

All facilities are within walking distance, the house is very central with the advantage of being near the beach and promenade next to the sea.
There are some great restaurants and bars, just 500 metres walk from the house, also supermarket and pharmacy.

Many beaches and Calas are close by... Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Alcudia and Cala Ratjada.
From Palma airport it is around 50-60 minutes by car.

If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help. We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure. There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry. Prices for this property are in Euros. Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.
