The apartment has a terrace of 14 square meters. You can have breakfast, lunch, dine, sunbathe, relax, play and enjoy the view on the terrace.

The penthouse has 2 BRIGHT rooms, one room with 1 double bed 180x200cm (71 in × 79 in) and one with 2 single beds but can be converted to a double bed of 180x200cm (71 in × 79 in), a spacious dining room, kitchen and 2 complete bathrooms, one with bath and the other one with shower. Bed linen is washed and ironed in an industrial laundry, like the hotels. We want you to be comfortable in our home :)
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle, water purifier osmosis, Nespresso coffee machine, drip coffee maker, oven, microwave, etc..

The living room is bright and spacious. It has a chaise lounge to enjoy a nap after lunch or watch TV. It also has a large table where they can eat comfortably 6 people. You can also eat at the terrace's table.... do you know how lovely it is to have dinner under stars? ★★★★★
This has 2 comfortable sunbeds for sunbathing in complete privacy and 2 armchairs with a small table to relax and enjoy your favorite drink.

The home has a sunshade automation, press a button and you has shade on the terrace anytime.

Important: the attic has air conditioning throughout the house. You will not spend heat in summer or cold in winter.

Also has a communal pool, course overlooking the sea and the mountain on which the building is constructed. This has a private parking reserved.

There are two ways to access at the beach, by the elevators in the building or by car, is easy to park within the housing development.

This apartment is ideal for couples and families with childrens.

As soon as you make the reservation we will give you a “DIY” guide with touristic recommendations ; Cullera, Valencia, where to eat, traditions and local customs, sites to see and sites to not see, and all the things that you can enjoy these days and we have experienced before....
