The rectangular swimming pool with a Jacuzzi area measures 6x11 and 1.40m deep and is fenced and equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds. The house has a portico on the ground floor furnished with tables and chairs also accessed from the kitchen for outdoor dinners, as well as a lathwork canopy with tables and chairs in front of the swimming pool for relaxing moments. From the entrance on the ground floor you reach a large living room with fireplace, sofas and satellite TV. Still on the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen with French windows which open onto the characteristic outdoor covered patio, a sitting room with TV, the dining room, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower, TV and air conditioning, toilet. On the first floor, there are 6 double bedrooms, each one with third additional bed and bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath. Right next to the house but with an separate entrance is a cottage/studio flat with furnished terrace, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. Location Casolare Tombolina is in a quiet location with a breathtaking view of the sweet hills which dominated Valle del Metauro from Urbino to Fano, perfect for those who want to regenerate body and soul.
